At Jo + Nicole Co., we want you to love every item you purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

Return Details:

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY for returns in the form of an e-gift card to be used for future purchases.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date or in-store purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of make-up and in their original condition with tags attached.

• All beauty, jewelry, hats, and accessories are final sale due to hygienic reasons. 

• Customer pays the return shipping fee.

How to Return Your Items:

1. Log into your account. 

2. Select the order you want to return. Select Request Return on that order. Select the item(s) you would like to return and scroll down and select Request Return.

3. We will review this request and if accepted, we will email you a return label (we will charge the shipping fee to your original form of payment).

4. Package all items you're requesting to be returned. Don't forget to include the packaging slip that prints with your shipping label.

5. Download and print the shipping label attached to the email and adhere to the package.

6. Drop the package off at any USPS location within 7 days of receiving the return label.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these guidelines.
